How does our process work for you?



The Elias Recruitment approach is to work with candidates to explore suitable opportunities that match not only skills and experience but personalities, firm culture, prospects and career development.

Position Specific - Where we have an active position from a client, we work together to represent you and help you secure the position.The typical process is as follows:
  1. You inquire about a position and submit a CV
  2. We match to all our positions and, if appropriate, arrange an interview at a convenient time
  3. An interview will deal with your skills, experience and aspirations as well as providing you with details of suitable opportunities
  4. We represent you to our client with a view to securing an interview - most of our submitted candidates are granted interviews
  5. We help prepare you for interview and liaise with the client
  6. We help secure an offer and assist you in negotiations
  7. We maintain contact to assist you with your transition and long term career development.

Pro-active Representation - We have had excellent success in representing candidates to firms that are not actively looking to fill a specific role. Many progressive firms and organisations ask us to inform them of any quality candidates we meet.

We utilise our networks and connections gained over many years of recruiting in the local market to provide otherwise unavailable opportunties.
