This extremely professional serviced office requires 2 x executive and polished Client & Sales Manager’s to oversee the running of two of their prime CBD locations. Your goal is to ensure the smooth running of each site to enable both employees and clients to operate collaboratively. This role will also require you to manage all sales and sign up’s of new members, upselling to current members to ensure best services is maintained and the management of administrative staff and facilities. We are looking for someone with a VERY strong background in the serviced office arena, or someone with experience in a very busy and challenging hotel or real estate role with demonstrated sales savvy. Regardless - you must be able to wear a multitude of hats, juggle many balls in the air, have exceptional organisational skills mixed with a sales attitude and exemplary client facing and customer service experience. Your presentation is immaculate as are your finely tuned communication skills.
ROLE:
- Marketing, Sales and Account Management
- Recruit, induct and train new team members
- Manage, support and develop team members
- Organise business development activities including attending internal/external networking events
- Working closely with head office to create and implement marketing plans and strategies
- Build and maintain a referral network and contact list within the specific industries and generate leads
- Create all marketing collateral as needed
- Take enquiries and sell offices, virtual offices & meeting and events
- On-sell the full suite of products and services to current members
- Manage member complaints and specific requests and renegotiate member contracts when due for renewal
- Ensure all member subscriptions are correct regarding service and facilities provided
- Manage the invoice review process at month end ensuring all member invoices are accurate and that overdue accounts are settled
- Management of all expenses, premises and facilities
- Minimum 2 years professional services experience in an organisation similar to a serviced office, hotel, real estate or multi-faceted high corporate office management role
- Natural sales and marketing abilities
- Demonstrated team leadership and management skills
- Highly organised and detailed oriented
- Able to remain calm under pressure
- Impeccable personal presentation and communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Paying between $90-100K+s dependent on experience
- Hours are 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
