We are currently recruiting 2 Corporate Transactional Lawyers, one with 2-3 years post admission experience, the other with 7-8 years experience. The junior role could be based in Melbourne or Sydney. The Partner leading this team has particular expertise in equity capital markets and mergers & acquisitions, as well general corporate advisory.
Experience in the following areas will be beneficial:
- mergers & acquisitions;
- equity capital markets;
- private equity;
- corporate advisory;
- Corporations Act and listing rules advice;
- corporate restructuring;
- joint ventures and shareholder arrangements;
- foreign investment.
