The role:
Our client is seeking lawyers with a minimum of 3+ year PQE.
The work is wide ranging (State and Federal) and includes both advisory and litigation work. Clients include employers, mainly, but also employees.

If you have a particular interest in an area of employment law work, our client will support you with your goals and aspirations.
You:
Whilst strong technical skills and good training are expected, the following skills and attributes are equally, if not more, important:
- a keen-ness to learn and a willingness to be mentored by experienced leading practitioners.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to help others
- A team player mentality and a desire to work and communicate within a collegial environment;
- A precision mindset;
- For more senior lawyers, you must be able to demonstrate your ability to successfully manage your own matters and supervise/mentor juniors. As mentioned, if you have a particular area of interest, our client will support you to become an expert in that field.
