This leading national mid-tier firm with a fabulous culture and growing team seeks a senior defendant insurance experience for the Brisbane office.
The Position
The focus of this role is general insurance and property damage matters supporting partners, acting for a range of insurers, brokers, underwriters and claims companies, as well as corporate insureds. The team handles claims across a wide variety of insurance matters, both nationally and overseas.
Your development and career progression will be supported by senior practitioners who enjoy working in a collegial, high performing team environment.
About you
The ideal candidate will have 8 + yrs post-admission experience as a defendant insurance Solicitor working across general liability and/or property damage matters. You will likely be a senior associate or special counsel level lawyer seeking a change. You will have excellent analytical skills, clear concise writing skills, and also the ability to meet deadlines. You are passionate about building strong client relationships and providing high quality service and advice.
