We are searching for a senior construction lawyer with at least 5 years experience in both front-end and back-end construction work. This role reports to the Litigation Principal and we are looking for someone with a growth mindset to help grow the construction practice in Sydney. As the practice grows there will be opportunity to build a team and there is a pathway to equity Partnership for the right person. Senior Associates are supported and encouraged to achieve Specialist Accreditation.

They are a progressive and innovative firm with a supportive and collegial culture. Along with a competitive base salary Senior Associates can also earn a monthly incentive based on fees collected above target. This is a full time role but WFH up to do 2 days per week is possible.
