Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of lawyers, clerks, and administrative staff
- Oversee daily team operations to ensure timely case progression
- Review and approve legal case plans for new matters
- Conduct regular velocity meetings and performance check-ins
- Perform random file audits to ensure compliance and quality standards
- Review KPIs and provide structured feedback and support to the team
- Facilitate weekly team planning and priority meetings
- Collaborate with management on marketing and business development
- Identify and coordinate training and professional development
- Manage escalated client concerns and ensure high service standards
- Strong leadership experience in a legal setting—Workers Compensation experience highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
