Jason EliasJason joined the recruitment industry in 1999 after practising as a lawyer with Baker & McKenzie in Sydney. Shortly after, he started his own firm, which has just celebrated its 10 year anniversary. He focuses on professional legal placements across Australia and overseas for law firms, corporate and not-for-profit organisations. Jason has been a member of the RCSA since start-up and is an RCSA Accredited Professional Recruiter. He is actively involved in the recruitment industry and for the last three years he has been one of two Australians elected to sit on the global Board of Directors of the world’s largest recruitment network- NPA Worldwide. Jason is admitted as a legal practitioner in NSW and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Asian Studies) and Bachelor of Laws from UNSW. He also speaks French and Indonesian. Emma SloanEmma started in recruitment in 1998 after practising law in Canberra, and worked with one of Sydney’s leading recruitment agencies for several years before going in-house to Cutler Hughes & Harris (now Thomson Legal) and later Ebsworth & Ebsworth (now HWL Ebsworth) in HR and recruitment roles. Emma has recruited at all levels, from Partners to summer clerks, and having been both recruiter and Human Resources Consultant gives her a good understanding of what clients want when they look for new talent. Emma has a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from the Australian National University. |
