Senior Associate / Special Counsel – Owners Corporation Law | Leading Specialist Team

This well-established firm is recognised for its depth of expertise in Owners Corporation law. Their specialist team regularly advises on a broad range of matters, including VCAT disputes, building defect litigation, subdivision law, and governance issues for Owners Corporations. The Role
As a senior member of the team, you will:

• Advise Owners Corporations, managers, and lot owners on complex legal and regulatory matters
• Represent clients in VCAT and other forums on OC disputes, compliance, and enforcement
• Act on domestic building warranty claims, Water Act matters, and property boundary/title issues
• Draft tailored Owners Corporation rules, service agreements, and common property licences
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to thought leadership in the strata space

About You
You will bring:

• 5+ years’ PQE in property, construction, or commercial litigation, with OC or strata experience
• A confident, solutions-driven approach with strong client advisory skills
• The ability to manage matters autonomously while collaborating within a high-performing team
• A genuine interest in Owners Corporation law and its broader property and planning context
