Who We’re Seeking:
As a member of the Legal team, you’ll play a crucial role in protecting the company's interests and supporting corporate operations and compliance matters in Australia.

What You’ll Do:
  • Review, draft, edit, and negotiate commercial agreements, including vendor agreements, NDAs, and residential property purchase agreements.
  • Advise on marketing materials, website copy, promotional rules, and consumer communications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure compliance with global corporate policies.
  • Anticipate and guard against legal and compliance risks by conducting research and providing analysis and advice.
  • Occasional work travel may be required.
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • A qualified lawyer in Australia (or other relevant jurisdiction) with 7+ years of experience in a recognized law firm or in-house legal department.
  • Law degree from a top-ranked law school.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Significant contract drafting experience.
  • Expertise in consumer law, data protection issues, and compliance.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn new practice areas and become familiar with laws of other jurisdictions.
  • Ability to handle detailed-oriented legal work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in trade promotions, gambling, lotteries, and/or gaming laws is a plus.
  • Knowledge of charity laws is a plus.
