An outstanding opportunity exists for a senior litigator to join a thriving boutique firm as Commercial Litigation Partner. With a strong reputation for excellence and consistent recognition in industry rankings, the firm is now expanding its Sydney practice and seeking an accomplished disputes leader.

- Lead and manage complex disputes, including contractual, shareholder, insolvency, property, construction, and mortgage matters.
- Advise boards, executives, in-house counsel, SMEs, and family businesses on strategy, risk, and dispute resolution.
- Supervise and mentor a talented team of lawyers and support staff, cultivating technical excellence and client service.
- Drive business development, leveraging your networks to expand the Sydney disputes practice.
- Collaborate with partners in commercial, property, estates, and employment to deliver integrated solutions.
- At least 12 years’ post-admission experience, with proven expertise in high-stakes commercial litigation.
- Current or recent partner/special counsel experience in a recognised firm.
- A track record of leadership, client management, and practice growth.
- Strong professional networks (a portable practice will be highly regarded).
- Commercially astute with excellent advocacy, negotiation, and strategic skills.
