Role Overview:
As a Licensed Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a full caseload of residential and commercial property transactions. You will provide expert legal advice, guide clients through the conveyancing process, and ensure smooth and efficient transactions from start to finish.

Role Overview:
As a Licensed Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a full caseload of residential and commercial property transactions. You will provide expert legal advice, guide clients through the conveyancing process, and ensure smooth and efficient transactions from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a range of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions
- Provide legal advice to clients on all aspects of property law
- Prepare, review, and advise on legal documents, including contracts, transfers, and other conveyancing paperwork
- Communicate regularly with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and third parties
- Ensure all deadlines are met and maintain accurate and organized case files
- Offer excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Must be a Licensed Conveyancer with a valid practicing certificate
- 1-2 years previous experience
- Proven experience in residential and commercial conveyancing
- PEXA hands on experience and legal software knowledge
- Ability to manage a caseload and work independently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office
