Your role will include supporting senior team members with all facets of client work and practice management:
What will you do in this role?
- Support senior team members with all matters – estate planning, trusts, and deceased estates.
- Drafting estate planning documents including Wills incorporating Testamentary Discretionary Trusts, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and Appointment of Enduring guardians.
- Running Probate/Letters of Administration/ estate administration matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant legislation, case law, and regulatory developments in succession law.
- Contribute to precedent and process development.

- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
