The Opportunity
An opportunity exists for an experienced Estate Planning Solicitor to join a growing, nationally recognised probate and estates practice.
This role is ideal for a forward-thinking solicitor who wants to move beyond pure will-drafting into a position with genuine strategic input and long-term leadership potential.
You will play a central role in the continued expansion of a well-established estate planning offering, working closely with probate and litigation teams while contributing to the development of scalable systems, precedents, and best-practice service delivery models.

The Role
You will:
- Draft wills, testamentary trusts and enduring powers of attorney
- Provide advice on estate structuring, superannuation and SMSF considerations
- Work collaboratively with probate and estate litigation teams
- Contribute to the development of systems, precedents and scalable processes
- Support the strategic growth of the estate planning function
- 2-3+ years' PQE in estate planning
- Strong technical drafting skills across wills and testamentary trusts
- Experience advising on superannuation, property structuring and related estate matters
- Commercially minded with an interest in systems and service delivery models
- Ambitious and motivated to grow into a leadership role
