Family Lawyer / Senior Associate – 3+ PAE Brisbane | Full-time | Hybrid | $110K–$150K+ (open to market)

The Role
You will handle a broad range of Family Law matters, including:

• Property settlements, parenting matters, and DV/DFV applications
• Drafting and settling court documents
• Court appearances in the Federal Circuit and Family Court and Magistrates Court
• Direct client engagement and strategy development
• Working closely with junior lawyers and paralegals who are assigned to support you

What We’re Looking For

• Admitted solicitor with 3+ years PAE in Family Law (more experienced candidates strongly encouraged; accredited specialists are highly regarded)
• Unrestricted practising certificate
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and client management skills
• Empathetic, organised, and committed to providing high-quality client care
• Criminal law experience is a bonus (not essential)
• Must be Brisbane-based or willing to relocate

About the Team You’ll work with a Principal Lawyer, paralegals, junior lawyers, and administrative support. The environment is friendly, collaborative, and well-structured, offering the resources of a larger practice with the warmth of a boutique firm.
