Our client is a highly regarded specialist family law firm with an excellent reputation for providing high-quality and professional advice to clients. Their team of family lawyers are seen as leading experts, and they provide advice on a range of complex family law matters.
About the role:
- Associate and Senior Associate level positions available.
- Running property and parenting matters.
- Appearing in direction hearings, mentions, conciliation conferences, and mediations.
- Preparing court and other relevant documents for directions hearings, interim hearings, conferences, and final hearings.
- Briefing and instructing counsel for interim and final hearings.
- Preparing Consent Orders, Financial Agreements, and Child Support Agreements.
- Conducting mediations and other alternative dispute resolution events.
- Working independently on family law matters and co-operatively on more complex family law matters.
- At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in a family law firm.
- A passion for a career in family law.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and initiative.
- Strong organizational skills.
- A willingness to work on business development and manage team members.
