Your Impact
You’ll take ownership of the legal and contractual aspects of Australian renewable projects, including:

• Structuring and drafting partnership, joint venture, and project contracts.
• Advising on legal issues at all stages of development and construction.
• Leading negotiations and legal transactions with commercial insight.
• Collaborating across teams to identify and mitigate risks.
• Developing creative legal solutions that will shape future energy outcomes.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and providing high-level legal services.

Your Background

• Australian-qualified lawyer with a law degree from an Australian university with at least 10 years PQE in mergers and acquisitions preferably in energy, renewable, construction or infrastructure sectors.
• Experience at a leading law firm or in-house, and strong contract drafting ability.
• Analytical, pragmatic, decisive, and confident working independently from day one.
• Thrives in dynamic, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments and enjoys teamwork.
• Ideally, prior experience in the renewable energy sector.
