Litigation Lawyer

Our client is a highly regarded boutique law firm with an outstanding reputation for commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Litigation Lawyer to join their collaborative team.

This is an opportunity to work closely with experienced litigators, have meaningful client contact from day one, and gain exposure to leading barristers while handling sophisticated disputes.

The Role
Working as part of a close-knit team, you will manage a broad range of litigation matters including:

• Commercial litigation
• Complex corporate and commercial disputes
• Class actions
• Contractual and shareholder disputes
• Insolvency and recovery matters
• General commercial dispute resolution

You will be involved in matters from commencement through to resolution, regularly attending mediations, court appearances and conferences while working directly with clients and counsel.

About You
To be successful, you will have:

• At least 3 years' PQE in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
• The confidence to build strong client relationships
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work autonomously
• Experience using LEAP, or the ability to become proficient quickly
