Senior Associate/Special Counsel Construction Litigation

• Minimum 5 years construction (or commercial) litigation experience
• Sydney CBD location
• Attractive salary and WFH 2 days/week

About the role

We are searching for a senior commercial lawyer with at least 5 years experience. Experience in construction litigation would also be beneficial. This role reports to the Litigation Principal and we are looking for someone with a growth mindset and leadership experience to help grow the commercial litigation and construction practice in Sydney. As the practice grows there will be opportunity to build a team and there is a pathway to equity Partnership for the right person. Senior Associates are supported and encouraged to achieve Specialist Accreditation.

Along with a competitive base salary Senior Associates can also earn a monthly incentive based on fees collected above target. This is a full time role but WFH up to do 2 days per week is possible.
