About the role

The role involves general and commercial litigation work, with a strong emphasis on estate disputes, including contested wills, family provision claims, and related matters. You will manage your own files and work with a supportive and experienced team in a stable, well-resourced practice.

About You

• 4+ years litigation experience (estate litigation experience highly regarded)
• Strong client-management and advocacy skills
• Commercial, practical approach to dispute resolution
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment
• Ideally you live locally on the North Shore or Northern Beaches, offering a convenient location without the need to commute into the CBD.
