A well-regarded plaintiff firm is seeking an experienced Medical Negligence Lawyer (5+ years PQE) to join its growing team.
This role will suit a lawyer confident in handling complex, high-value medical negligence matters and looking for autonomy within a supportive environment.

The Role.
You will:

• Manage complex medical negligence matters from inception through to resolution
  
  
• Work closely with medical experts and counsel
  
  
• Develop litigation strategy and advise clients with empathy and clarity
  
  
• Conduct negotiations and prepare matters for hearing where required
  
  
• Contribute to mentoring and team development
  
  

About You

• 5+ years post-admission experience, with strong medical negligence exposure
  
  
• Proven ability to manage complex litigation files
  
  
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills
  
  
• Strong client care capability
  
  
• Professional, strategic and commercially astute
