The Opportunity You will manage a varied plaintiff personal injury and abuse law caseload, working closely with experienced senior lawyers and a supportive leadership team. Your work will include:
- Running personal injury matters end‑to‑end
- Providing strategic advice and exceptional client care
- Drafting pleadings, submissions and correspondence
- Working with insurers, medical experts and counsel
- Contributing to team knowledge and mentoring junior staff
- 3–5 years’ post‑admission experience in personal injury law
- Strong file management and litigation capability
- Confidence in negotiation and settlement strategy
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- A proactive, organised and client‑focused approach
- 5 weeks annual leave
