Senior Legal Manager – Renewable Energy
Lead M&A and corporate transactions on landmark renewable energy projects. Autonomous senior role reporting to the GC with real career progression.

- Oversee all legal workstreams for the Australian business, reporting directly to the General Counsel
- Lead M&A transactions, including asset acquisitions, joint ventures and partnership deals across the project lifecycle
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements with EPCs, O&M providers and major suppliers, plus project finance documentation
- Provide strategic advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance and risk management with regular C-suite interaction
- 8+ years PQE with strong corporate and M&A expertise, admitted to practice in Australia
- Energy, infrastructure or resources sector experience preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and commercial acumen with a pragmatic, business-focused approach
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- $250-300k package with flexible working arrangements, including WFH options
