  • Flexibility on location and working pattern (including 3-4 days per week)
The Firm:
Our client is a market-leading firm specialising in corporate and commercial law. A new opportunity has opened up for a senior lawyer to join the Property team in either Sydney or Newcastle. The firm’s client base includes:

For special counsel or senior associates, there is a genuine opportunity to progress to partnership within a reasonable timeframe. This is an ideal place to build your career as a law firm business owner, not merely a senior employee.

You will manage an existing team and run the property workstream on complex, commercially-driven transactions and portfolio matters, including:
  • Corporate transactions and M&A support (property side)
  • Capital activity, corporate projects and land arrangements
