Karolina started her career in recruitment in 2003. Holding a Bachelor of Business with a major in Entrepreneurial Leadership, Karolina prides herself on the high level of customer service she provides to both clients and candidates alike.

She started her recruitment career in Vancouver, Canada as an in-house recruiter for high volume clerical staff. Karolina then moved to a large International recruitment agency where she recruited for administrative and accounts roles winning many recruitment awards along the way. After her transfer to Sydney, Australia she worked for a boutique recruitment agency recruiting for roles in operations, clerical support, accounts and management. Karolina has worked with Elias Recruitment for over 10 years.
