We are partnering with a rapidly growing legal-tech business that is transforming the conveyancing experience through innovation, technology, and a strong client-first approach.
Due to continued growth, multiple opportunities are available for Solicitors or Licensed Conveyancers to join a high-performing, collaborative team managing end-to-end residential property transactions.
The Role
You will manage conveyancing matters from instruction through to settlement, working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role involves liaising with clients, brokers, lenders, and agents, while ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential conveyancing files end-to-end
- Review contracts, conduct searches, and provide client advice
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure smooth settlements
- Maintain compliance with property law, AML, and trust requirements
- Contribute to process improvement and innovation initiatives
- Admitted Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
- 2+ years’ experience in property conveyancing
- Strong knowledge of property law (any jurisdiction)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage competing deadlines in a high-volume environment
- A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
