The Role
The firm is seeking a Litigation Lawyer to support its busy litigation practice, working closely with a senior solicitor who brings over two decades of legal experience.

• The position offers exposure to a diverse range of disputes, including:
• Wills and estates litigation, particularly family provision claims
• Commercial litigation and dispute resolution
• Proceedings in the Supreme Court and District Court
• Assisting with the management and progression of active matters

About You

• At least 5 years’ post-admission experience
• Experience handling litigation matters
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a collaborative team
• Commitment to delivering quality legal services and building client relationships
