The Role

The firm is seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to join its busy property practice, managing a broad range of property transactions and leasing matters.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing conveyancing transactions
• Advising on retail and commercial leasing matters
• Drafting and reviewing loan agreements and mortgages
• Managing property matters independently from start to finish

About You

• Ideally 10+ years’ post-admission experience, although candidates with 5+ years will be considered
• Strong experience in conveyancing and property law
• Sound knowledge of retail and commercial leasing
• Confident managing matters autonomously
• Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills
