About the Role
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Associate to join a growing Property & Conveyancing practice in beautiful Manly beach.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior property lawyer who enjoys autonomy, direct client engagement, and working within a supportive boutique environment where relationships and service are highly valued.
The office is truly unique with a full kitchen, self-contained end of trip facilities, entertaining courtyard and all within two minutes' walk from Manly wharf. They offer flexibility and WFH options.
Our client will also consider a Partner across Wills and Estates & Property and Conveyancing that may have a practice to bring with them.
The Opportunity
You will work across a broad range of residential property and conveyancing matters, managing transactions from start to finish while acting for a loyal and established client base.
Matters will include:
- Residential conveyancing transactions
- Off-the-plan purchases and sales
- Transfers, subdivisions and refinancing matters
- Contract reviews and negotiations
- High-net-worth residential acquisitions and disposals
- Liaising directly with clients, agents, brokers and developers
This role offers genuine responsibility, client contact, and the opportunity to play a key role in a growing practice.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- 10+ years' PAE in residential property and conveyancing
- Strong experience managing files end-to-end autonomously
- Excellent technical and communication skills
- A client-focused and commercially minded approach
- The ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff will be highly regarded
